過(guò)去中國(guó)醫(yī)生到德國(guó)攻讀博士，他們都只能申請(qǐng)到PhD博士。這種博士申請(qǐng)根本不難。因?yàn)樵诘聡?guó)實(shí)驗(yàn)室都有政府資金支持，他們拿到政府資助后，就會(huì)在大學(xué)官網(wǎng)上招募外國(guó)醫(yī)生免費(fèi)幫忙做科研。他們以博士身份來(lái)到德國(guó)一般都會(huì)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室呆上四年以上，有人甚至呆上七年之久。實(shí)驗(yàn)沒(méi)完成，怎可輕易放你走，你想拿博士文憑，實(shí)驗(yàn)室的PD想要科研成果為自已打通上升通道，這類(lèi)德國(guó)PhD博士就是為德國(guó)科研機(jī)構(gòu)免費(fèi)工作。他們沒(méi)有任何機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)入到德國(guó)的臨床科室與科主任團(tuán)隊(duì)一同工作。正如世界微創(chuàng)脊柱大師Mayer教授與中國(guó)院長(zhǎng)開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)說(shuō)道：“對(duì)一家醫(yī)院來(lái)說(shuō)，我們需要的是醫(yī)生，純粹的科學(xué)研究應(yīng)交給科學(xué)家。每家醫(yī)院最需要的是臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)家，在德國(guó)所有醫(yī)院的科主任和著名學(xué)會(huì)的關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖都是拿的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士學(xué)位。這才是做學(xué)科帶頭人的標(biāo)配”。Mayer大師也是拿的MD博士學(xué)位。2019年仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療開(kāi)創(chuàng)了中國(guó)醫(yī)生可以在德國(guó)著名大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院攻讀臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士的先河。德國(guó)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院學(xué)科帶頭人首次在中國(guó)帶臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士生了。中國(guó)醫(yī)生又能在德國(guó)科主任主導(dǎo)的科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室花一年的時(shí)間完成自已的博士論文，還能跟隨他們德國(guó)的博士生導(dǎo)師在德國(guó)著名醫(yī)院臨床科室學(xué)習(xí)一年，這是科研與臨床的緊密聯(lián)合。這對(duì)中國(guó)三甲醫(yī)院的學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)具有里程碑的意義。

Previously, Chinese doctors who wanted to pursue their doctoral degrees in Germany can only apply for a PhD degree. But this is not that difficult. In Germany, the university labs are funded by the government. The project coordinators get started recruiting international PhD students via their websites after they get the funding. Most of these students stay more than four years in the lab. Some of them even stay seven years there. They will not leave until the project is done. The students want a doctoral degree. The project coordinators want scientific output for promotion. Actually these PhD students are working for free for the labs. It is not possible for them to visit the clinic and work with the clinical team led by the Chair. As Prof. Mayer, the worldwide renowned minimally invasive spine expert, once said during a meeting with a Chinese hospital president. As a hospital, what we need are doctors. The basic research should be done by the scientists. What every hospital needs the most are clinical medical experts. All chiefs and key academic leaders of important societies in Germany are MD holders. Prof. Mayer is also MD holders. In 2019, Gloryren pioneered the opportunity for Chinese doctors to pursue an MD degree at renowned university hospitals in Germany. And this is the first time for the Chiefs of German university hospitals to host MD students from China. The Chinese MD students can spend one year for their doctoral project in the lab. They can also have a one-year clinical observership in prestigious German hospitals led by their doctoral supervisors. This is a deep integration of clinical practice and scientific research, which sets a milestone for the specialty construction and talent cultivation for the Grade Three Class A hospitals in China
