The work that Gloryren has done in the past five and a half years has never been cooperating with any societies in China, has never reported to any municipal healthcare commissions, let alone required any public authorities to endorse us. That’s all because we need to hold on to an independent mind and keep independent judgment to maintain the simple essence of healthcare. Only if the cooperation between us and the hospitals as well as the doctors is kept simple and pure can we make more Grade Three Class A hospitals in China be recognized by the people of the country and the city. If too many parties are involved in this process, then it is hard to reach a consensus on the ideas and interests of all parties. As a result, the hospital will only be trapped in a dilemma, which puts obstacles to the effective and efficient improvement of management, specialty construction, and talent cultivation of China’s Grade Three Class A hospitals. After over 2,000 days and nights overcoming time difference, and nearly 100,000 emails being sent, we’ve finally got to bring together 186 world-class masters and experts from 8 countries to continue their legendary stories in China. As the old saying goes, “Rome was not built in a day.”All the outstanding doctors in the world achieve success by sticking to an independent mind, having independent judgment, and having their own codes of conduct. They are willing to do their best for this mysterious eastern country without saving any effort. That’s because every work journey to China brings them great joy. People who are down-to-earth and willing to achieve their goals step by step are in no need of any endorsement from any societies or public authorities.
