醫(yī)院各個(gè)行政部門(mén)其實(shí)是服務(wù)醫(yī)生的部門(mén)，即使是醫(yī)院的書(shū)記和院長(zhǎng)們他們的日常工作都應(yīng)該是服務(wù)醫(yī)生的。因?yàn)獒t(yī)院的核心是醫(yī)生，所有的醫(yī)療行為都得圍繞醫(yī)生才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。因?yàn)榭撮T(mén)診做手術(shù)。這些重要的醫(yī)療工作只能由醫(yī)生來(lái)完成。那么各個(gè)行政部門(mén)就是幫助醫(yī)生解決問(wèn)題，協(xié)調(diào)醫(yī)生跟各個(gè)部門(mén)之間關(guān)系的這么一個(gè)個(gè)部門(mén)，這些部門(mén)工作人員需要有很強(qiáng)的溝通能力和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理能力又能站在醫(yī)院醫(yī)生的角度去解決各種問(wèn)題的這么一種能力的人才能承擔(dān)這份工作。但中國(guó)的一些公立醫(yī)院和私立醫(yī)院，這些部門(mén)的人大多都是醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)系戶，他們沒(méi)有什么工作能力。他們既不會(huì)看門(mén)診做手術(shù)還高高在上人為地為醫(yī)生制造各種難題。最終醫(yī)院只會(huì)毀在這幫人手中。醫(yī)院的工作流程一定要簡(jiǎn)單快速，簡(jiǎn)單快速的目的是為了更好的幫助醫(yī)生可以更好地去服務(wù)他們的病人。德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士、慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院Stief院長(zhǎng)在2023年來(lái)到中國(guó)。他公開(kāi)談到自己的工作就是為醫(yī)院的每一個(gè)醫(yī)生服務(wù)的。他的工作就是要保持慕尼黑大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院在全球的影響力。這才是一份雄心，也是一份抱負(fù)。

Administration departments in the hospitals are actually there to serve doctors. Even the Secretary of the Party Committee and Hospital Presidents should see their daily work as serving doctors, because doctors are at the core of the hospital. All medical activities revolve around them. Important tasks such as outpatient consultations and surgeries can only be performed by doctors. Therefore, the role of administration departments is to support doctors, solve problems for them, and coordinate their interactions with other departments. Staff in these departments should possess strong communication skills and expertise in modern hospital management, as well as the ability to solve problems from doctors’ perspective. Only people with such capabilities are truly qualified for the job. However, in some public and private hospitals in China, most of these positions are filled through personal connections with hospital executives. They often lack competence. They neither treat patients nor perform surgeries, yet they stand above doctors and create unnecessary obstacles for them. In the end, it is these people who will bring down the hospital. Hospital workflows must be simple and efficient with the sole purpose of helping doctors serve their patients better. Prof. Stief, a member of German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina and the Deputy Medical Director of the University Hospital of Munich, visited China in 2023.He publicly stated that his job is to serve every single doctor in his hospital, and to maintain the global influence of University Hospital of Munich. That is true ambition, and true vision.
