自1983年加拿大多倫多總醫(yī)院肺移植中心成功完成第1例肺移植以來(lái)，經(jīng)過(guò)40年的臨床實(shí)踐，肺移植已經(jīng)成為一項(xiàng)成熟的技術(shù)，每年全球肺移植總量在4000余例，能夠完成50例以上的肺移植中心全球只有13個(gè)。2001年和2004年，陳靜瑜醫(yī)生當(dāng)年還是一位主治醫(yī)生的時(shí)候，先后兩次赴加拿大多倫多總醫(yī)院進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)肺移植。2002年，陳靜瑜醫(yī)生回到無(wú)錫，并在無(wú)錫市人民醫(yī)院組建了肺移植團(tuán)隊(duì)，2002年9月28日陳醫(yī)生完成了團(tuán)隊(duì)第一例肺移植手術(shù)，自此，中國(guó)的肺移植技術(shù)才開(kāi)始發(fā)展起來(lái)。2020年2月29日，陳靜瑜團(tuán)隊(duì)在無(wú)錫成功開(kāi)展全球首例新冠肺炎患者雙肺移植手術(shù)，為此震驚世界，為世界提供了中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2020年他所在的無(wú)錫市人民醫(yī)院肺移植中心以156例肺移植的數(shù)量，超過(guò)了加拿大多倫多總醫(yī)院完成的143例，躍居成為當(dāng)年世界肺移植數(shù)量最多的中心。從2002年至2021年4月，陳靜瑜團(tuán)隊(duì)在20年內(nèi)累計(jì)完成肺移植手術(shù)1100余例，年手術(shù)量位居亞洲第一、全球第三。這是中國(guó)二線城市一個(gè)普通醫(yī)生成長(zhǎng)為優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生最終成為頂級(jí)醫(yī)生的傳奇人生。

Since the first successful lung transplantation was completed in Toronto General Hospital in Canada in 1983, lung transplantation has become a mature technique after 40 years of clinical practice. The total number of lung transplants in the world is more than 4000 each year. There are only 13 lung transplantation centers in the world that can complete more than 50 cases annually. In 2001 and 2004, Dr. Chen Jingyu went to Toronto General Hospital to further study lung transplantation technique twice. In 2002, Dr. Chen went back to Wuxi, and set up a lung transplantation team at Wuxi People's Hospital. He and his team completed their first lung transplantation on Sept 28, 2002. This marks the real start of the development of lung transplantation in China. On Feb 29, 2020, Dr. Chen and his team successfully completed the world's first double lung transplantation for patient with COVID-19 in Wuxi, sharing the international colleagues with Chinese experience. In 2020, the Lung Transplantation Center of Wuxi People's Hospital led by him, exceeded the 143 cases completed by Toronto General Hospital with 156 lung transplantation, becoming the center with the largest number of lung transplantation in the world that year. From 2002 to April 2021.
