可以成為明日之星的青年醫(yī)生被行業(yè)稱為優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生。這類醫(yī)生在中國醫(yī)院是稀缺資源。但是一個在中山大學附屬第一醫(yī)院的普通醫(yī)生都敢把自已弄得高高在上不可一世的樣子。只是你工作的這家醫(yī)院經過百年沉淀才變得如此有名，這家醫(yī)院根本與你無關。無論你在多頂級的醫(yī)院上班，你只是個普通人。即使你已經成為了優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生，這也只是暫時的。后面優(yōu)秀的明日之星會如潮水般洶涌而至。中國頂級醫(yī)院的大佬被行業(yè)稱為頂級醫(yī)生。其實你在全球真正具有國際影響力了嗎？但是這些行業(yè)大佬總以為自已是技術大牛，一副高高在上天下第一的樣子。我們中國有387萬醫(yī)生。為什么很難產生世界上偉大的醫(yī)生呢？他們寧可在體制內終生混日子向上社交，也不愿去花時間真正去改變自已。重慶市第七人民醫(yī)院關節(jié)科科主任胡小軍醫(yī)生今年5月30日從重慶飛北京再轉飛柏林。他辭去了體制內的公職，以44歲的年齡來到了柏林。他來到柏林夏洛特大學綜合醫(yī)院肌肉骨骼外科中心攻讀臨床醫(yī)學MD博士學位。這是全德國乃至全歐洲排名第一的大學綜合醫(yī)院。這兩年時間他沒有了工作，他也沒有了收入。他的女兒才讀小學，這兩年在柏林的學習他將忍受無窮的困苦無助和孤寂，但他還是毅然決然來到了柏林。從胡小軍主任離開重慶到柏林的那天起，他已經是一個真正有本事的醫(yī)生了。其實真正有本事的醫(yī)生，都是被逼出來的。他們都是置之死地而后生。一個人沒有經歷過絕境，沒有經歷過萬念俱灰，沒有體驗過絕望。他們很難成為一個真正有本事的人。那些現(xiàn)在所謂的明日之星或行業(yè)大佬你們真正的本事又在哪里？會看個門診，會做個手術？是醫(yī)生都會呀，誰不會呀，你們的獨立思考獨立判斷認知水平國際視野危機管理又在哪里？你們還想醉生夢死得過且過不求上進，未來90后00后的病人誰信你們呀？

On May 30th this year, Dr. Hu Xiaojun, former director of the Joint Department at Chongqing Seventh People's Hospital, flew from Chongqing to Berlin, transferring in Beijing. At the age of 44, he resigned from his steady and well-paid position and came to Berlin. He came to the Musculoskeletal Surgery Center at Charité – Universit?tsmedizin Berlin to pursue further education on MD degree. And Charité is one of the three best hospitals in Germany and even in Europe. In the upcoming two years, he has no job and no income, also with his daughter just started elementary school. Despite knowing that he will endure endless hardship, helplessness, and loneliness during his two-year study, he still fearlessly came to Berlin. From the day Dr. Hu Xiaojun left Chongqing for Berlin, he was already a doctor with real vision. In fact, doctors are often pushed to their limits to be excellent. They are all faced with a life-or-death situation before achieving success. Without experiencing adversity, hopelessness, and despair, it is difficult for a doctor to truly become excellent.
