人生就是要享受時(shí)光，享受工作，而不是不擇手段地去掙錢。這五年我在公司只拿很少很少的工資，近三年也沒(méi)買過(guò)新衣服，出門也只乘經(jīng)濟(jì)艙，因?yàn)橹袊?guó)醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)都乘經(jīng)濟(jì)艙，我有什么資格乘公務(wù)艙?，F(xiàn)在年齡越大，越看清了人生的本質(zhì)，我把我所有的錢都投資到了這家公司。我現(xiàn)在沒(méi)有一分錢存款，我要存款干嘛呢？求穩(wěn)那是普通人的思維。我的人生不是求穩(wěn)。我的人生是越過(guò)了一山又一山，我還享受其中。對(duì)一個(gè)創(chuàng)始人來(lái)說(shuō)，沒(méi)有任何存款，沒(méi)有任何后路，其實(shí)更容易全力以赴專心致志做好人生這件事情。現(xiàn)在我最有價(jià)值的資產(chǎn)就是這家公司。一個(gè)人內(nèi)心干凈，環(huán)境和路就會(huì)干凈，一個(gè)人內(nèi)心惡劣，環(huán)境和路也會(huì)惡劣，一個(gè)人最好的人生其實(shí)依賴于自已的內(nèi)心。這份工作最終還是為了訓(xùn)練自已這顆心，這份工作我可以去到世界上任何地方，我可以與這個(gè)世界上最偉大的關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖一同工作，我還可以與他們成為真正的朋友。這五年時(shí)光，我照顧好了家人和員工，對(duì)股東負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)旁人保持善意，盡量幫助他人，始終學(xué)習(xí)，終生不倦，我可以把這份幸運(yùn)傳遞給我的孩子，就正如我的父親把他人生的幸運(yùn)傳遞給了我一樣。最最重要我們要懂得感恩醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生，讓中國(guó)醫(yī)院變得更好，讓中國(guó)有更多有全球思維的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)生和頂級(jí)醫(yī)生。沒(méi)有他們的信任和支持，就沒(méi)有今天的仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療。一個(gè)不懂感恩，不知回報(bào)的人，能力無(wú)足輕重。

Learn to repay and be grateful. We shall have a good time and enjoy working in our lives, but shall not earn money by fair means or foul. In the past five years, I have been taking very little salary from my company, and barely buying new clothes in the last three years. And I only take economy classes. As presidents of Chinese hospitals all take economy classes, I know I must be as humble as they are. As I grow older, I can see the essence of life more clearly. I have invested all my money to Gloryren and I am left with no savings, which is useless for me. Stability is what common people pursue, but not my thing. I am enjoying life in which I have to overcome mountains over mountains. For a founder of a company, it is easier to focus and spare no efforts to fulfill their life if they have no savings and burn the bridge behind them. Now the most valuable asset of mine is this company, Gloryren. If one has a pure heart, they will have clean surroundings and paths, and vice versa. How good one's life will be depends on how pure his heart is. The ultimate goal to start this career is to train my heart, because with this career, I can travel everywhere in the world, work with the greatest key academic leaders worldwide, and become true friends with them. In the past five years, I've been taking good care of my family and employees and being responsible for the shareholders; being kind and help others as much as possible; learning things and keeping this till the end of my life. I try to pass down the luck to my child as much as my father did to me. The most crucial thing for us is to convey gratitude to the hospitals and doctors, improve Chinese hospitals and cultivate more excellent and top doctors with global thinking in China. Without their trust and support, Gloryren would not have grown to what it is today. An ungrateful person will not be valued even if they have top ability.
